1.2, debug.
(1)进入调试菜单:
(1) enter the debug menu:
按功能键一下或两下,使显示屏第二行显示: locPar,
Press the function key or two, so that the second lines of the display can be displayed: locPar.
按确认键,第一行显示:language setting,
Pressing the confirmation key, the first line shows: language setting.
按下翻键一下,显示:commissioning,
Press the button to show: commissioning,
按确认键,第一行显示:enter PIN-code,
Pressing the confirmation key, the first line shows: enter PIN-code.
第二行显示:0000,
The second line shows: 0000,
利用下翻键、上翻键和确认键,使第二行变为:9044,
Using the down key, up and down keys and confirmation keys, the second row is changed to 9044.
再按确认键,现在第一行应该显示close direction。
Then press the confirmation button, and the first line should display close direction.
(2)调试:

现在按下翻键,直到第一行显示:enterpos.adjust。
Now press the key until the first line shows: enterpos.adjust.
按确认键,显示start with pos,第二行显示OPEN,
Press the confirmation button to display start with POS, and the second row shows OPEN.
这时我们先调开位(也可以按下翻键选择先调试关位)。

按确认键,显示move to op.pos,
Press the confirmation key, and display move to op.pos,
第二行显示press E-button,按开按钮(即上翻键),
The second row shows press E-button and press the open button (that is, up turn key).
现在执行机构应该在朝着开方向运行,显示%open→open,
Now the actuator should be running in the direction of opening, showing%open to open.
这时观察白色信号齿轮的转向(顺时针或逆时针),
Observe the steering of the white signal gear (clockwise or counterclockwise).
运行到全开位置后,执行机构会自动停止,
After running to the full open position, the actuator will stop automatically.
再点按三下关按钮(即按下去接着松开按钮,使执行机构退回一点 点,避免卡死)。
Click the three lower button again, that is, press the button loosening and then return the actuator to a point to avoid sticking.
按确认键,第一行显示 adjust of poti,
Pressing the confirmation key, the first line shows adjust of Poti.
第二行显示deviation+数值,
The second line displays the deviation+ value,
现在朝刚才观察到的方向转动白色齿轮,
Now turn the white gear in the direction we have just observed.
使数值变小,直到为 0(松开手后也为0才行),
Reduce the value to 0 until the hand is 0.
按确认键,显示move to cl.pos,

现在按关按钮,是执行机构朝关方向运行直到自动停止,

现在点按三下开按钮,按确认键。显示adjustment ok!,

证明调试成功。

2.1、 拨码开关 介绍
2.1. Introduction of code switch
上图为经济型电动门拨码开关,自左到右依次为S1、S2、S3、 S4、S5、S6、S7、S8。 其中,
The above is an economical electric door dial switch, from left to right in turn S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8. Among them,
S1:代表阀门开关方式,即顺时针还是逆时针,默认在下,为顺时针方式;

S2:关方式,拨下代表力矩关,拨上代表行程关,默认为拨下;

S3:开方式,一般为拨上,行程开阀;

S4、S5、S6可以依据实际情况而定,默认均为拨下;

2.2、电动门调试
2.2, electric door debug

S8拨上,如下图

接下来开始调节开位置:

开门至将近全开,然后逐渐点动开门直至机械位置全开(长按2S之后门会连开);
Open the door to nearly full open, then gradually move the door until the mechanical position is fully opened (the door will be opened after 2S Press).
观察H2指示灯,如果红灯闪烁,代表定位器与实际存在偏差,需要调节中心轮,向左或者向右调节,知道H2红灯变灭;
Observe the H2 indicator light, if the red light flashes, representing the locator and the actual deviation, need to adjust the center wheel, to the left or right adjustment, know that the H2 red light turns out;

将S7拨上,再拨下,开位保存记忆至芯片内,此时H1、H2交替闪烁; 接下来开始调节关位置:
Dial S7, then dial, open memory to chip, then H1 and H2 flicker alternately; next start adjusting the position:

将下关门,力矩关门自适应,注意观察H2灯,当H2灯闪烁3下后,H1、H2灯开始交替

闪烁,代表关位确定;

将S7拨上,再拨下,保存记忆关位置,此时会出现以下两种情况: A、 H1灯闪烁,H2灯灭,此时代表调试成功;

B、 H1灯闪烁,H2灯红灯,代表调试存在错误,需要重新调试,之后需要将S8拨上,再拨下,然

后选择新的齿轮比例,重新从第②开始。 齿轮比例计算公式: 齿轮比例 = 螺距 * 行程
