机动车停车场设置原则
Principles for setting up motor vehicle parking lot
1）停车场(库)的设置应符合城市规划和交通组织管理的要求，便于存放。
1) The setting of parking lot (garage) shall meet the requirements of urban planning and traffic organization management, so as to facilitate storage.
2）各种车辆的停车场（库）应分开设置，专用停车场（库）紧靠使用单位；公用停车场（库）宜均衡分布。客运车站、飞机场、体育场、游乐场等大型公共活动场所的停车场（库），根据建筑物主要出入口的分布分区布置,以利于车辆迅速疏散。
2) The parking lots (garages) of various vehicles should be set separately, the special parking lots (garages) should be close to the users; the public parking lots (garages) should be evenly distributed. The parking lots (garages) of large public activity places such as passenger stations, airports, stadiums, playgrounds, etc. shall be arranged according to the distribution of main entrances and exits of buildings, so as to facilitate the rapid evacuation of vehicles.
3）停车场（库）出入口的位置应避开主干道和道路交叉口，出口和入口应分开，不得已合用时，其宽度应不小于 7米。
3) The entrance and exit of the parking lot (garage) shall be located away from the main road and road intersection. The exit and entrance shall be separated, and the width shall not be less than 7 meters when they are not used together.
4）停车场（库）内的交通路线必须明确、合理，宜采用单向行驶路线，避免交叉。
